Fill out the form, gather your supporting materials and send to grants@southhavencf.org. Note electronic submission is required.
Tier One
Tier One will accommodate grantees seeking up to $1,500 for general operating expenses and/or project costs.

Must submit a Grant Final Report by December 31 to be considered eligible for the next year’s grant cycle.

Please note …
To be eligible for a grant from the South Haven Area Community Foundation, your agency or the people your agency works with need to be within 10 miles of downtown South Haven. Incomplete applications may be rejected at the discretion of the South Haven Area Community Foundation (SHACF). Awardees who receive Foundation grants 5 consecutive years from 2023 will be required to take one year off before applying again.
