For 2026, Grant applications can be submitted after January 1 to March 15, 2026. Please download the application forms below in PDF (PDF) file format or use the Word document (DOCX) file format. Fill out the form, gather your supporting materials and send to grants@southhavencf.org. Note electronic submission is required.
Tier One
Tier One will accommodate grantees seeking up to $1,500 for general operating expenses and/or project costs.

All Grant Awardees
Grant recipients are required to provide a final report for each grant awarded by January 31st of the following year or request a petition for delay. Failure to provide a timely report could disqualify the recipient from applying for a grant in the immediate subsequent grant cycle.

Please note …
To be eligible for a grant from the South Haven Area Community Foundation, applicants should be aware that the Foundation serves communities that are economically, educationally, and socially connected to South Haven and the surrounding areas. Currently included are the municipalities of Casco, Lee and Pullman in Allegan County, and South Haven, Geneva, Columbia, Covert, Bangor, and Arlington in Van Buren County.
Incomplete applications may be rejected at the discretion of the South Haven Area Community Foundation (SHACF). Awardees who receive continuous grants for 5 years in a row will be required to take one year off before applying again.
